How do I create a notice?

Open the app, tap the “+” button, add the details, and publish it. When someone is interested, you will receive a notification that you can accept or reject.

How do I find parking?

Open the app and choose where you are looking for parking (location or map). Departure notices will be shown so you can choose the one that best fits you. If there are no notices at that moment, you can add a request so we can notify you if one appears: tap the “+” button, add the details, and publish it. You will receive a notification as soon as a notice is available.

When do I see the exact location?

An approximate distance and all possible details will be shown. The exact location will be displayed once you have selected an option, to protect both sides.

How do we confirm on arrival?

Once you are at the place, if everything is correct, you mark it as completed and the service ends.

I know my departure/arrival time. Can I schedule it in advance?

Yes. In fact, doing it in advance makes your notice or request more likely to succeed.

I want PasPark to start working in my area. What can I do?

Email us and we will let you know. If you want, we can also send you material to help make PasPark known in your area, since it is based on collaboration between users.

Am I reserving a street parking space?

No. For spaces on public roads, PasPark does not reserve or guarantee the space. PasPark gives you access to a temporary notice from another driver indicating that they are leaving or may free up a space.

So what am I paying for?

You pay to access the notice, for priority, or for management of the information, not to acquire any right over a public parking space.

Will I be charged if I do not manage to park?

No. For notices related to public street parking spaces, no final charge will be made and no credit will be finally consumed until you confirm that you successfully parked thanks to the notice.
