PASPARK PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We may process (depending on your use of the app and permissions/settings):
- Account data: email/phone, name, language, and other data you provide when creating and managing your account.
- Listing and reservation data: parking space listings, availability, conditions, reservations, usage history, incidents, and support.
- Verification data (if applicable): information needed to verify identity and/or activity (for example, for offerers) and for fraud prevention and compliance.
- Location data: to display map results and confirm arrivals (depending on permissions); location may be approximate or precise depending on functionality and your settings.
- Payment data: PasPark does not store full card data; these are managed by the payment provider. We may retain identifiers, payment status, amounts, currency, and refund/credit records.
- Technical data: device/app identifiers, IP, and activity logs necessary for security, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
- Communications: support emails, chats enabled after reservation, and operational communications related to the service.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to:
- provide the service and manage reservations, listings, and access to functionalities (contract performance);
- process payments, refunds, and Wallet management (contract and/or legal obligation);
- prevent fraud, protect account and Platform security, and ensure compliance (legitimate interest and/or legal obligation, as applicable);
- send operational communications (confirmations, incidents, security notices) (contract);
- analytics and service improvement (legitimate interest and/or consent, as applicable, especially when non-essential tracking technologies are used);
- comply with legal obligations and respond to authority requests (legal obligation);
- defend against claims and manage disputes (legitimate interest).
4. Recipients
We may share data with:
- other users when necessary for reservation (for example, after confirmation, sharing data necessary to facilitate access and communication between Offerer and Seeker);
- technology providers (hosting, analytics, support) acting as processors;
- payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and providers related to payments and refunds;
- authorities where there is a legal obligation or valid request.
5. International transfers
If any provider processes data outside the EEA or the United Kingdom, appropriate safeguards will apply in accordance with applicable regulations (for example, adequacy decisions where available, or standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms).
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as necessary to provide the service, manage disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Transaction data may be retained for periods required by tax/accounting regulations and other obligations applicable to platforms. Verification and due diligence records, where required by regulation, may be retained for legally established periods.
7. Rights
You may exercise: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent (where applicable), by writing to support@paspark.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (for example, in your country of habitual residence).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No system is 100% infallible.
9. Minors
The service is not directed to persons under 18 years of age.
