PASPARK PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the app and the permissions you grant, we may process:
- Account data: name, email, phone number, language, and other profile data.
- Contact and support data: support messages and communications related to incidents.
- Approximate or precise location data (depending on the permissions granted and the feature used): to show nearby notices, calculate distances, improve security, prevent fraud, and manage the service.
- Publication/notice data: notices created, time, area, notice status, and interactions related to those notices.
- Confirmation data: confirmations such as “I parked” or “I did not park”.
- Payment data: PasPark does not store full card details; payments are handled by external providers. We may retain transaction identifiers, amounts, status, and refunds/credits.
- Technical data: device and app identifiers, IP address, operating system, version, and technical logs.
- Notification data: push notification activation status and basic delivery events.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to:
- provide the parking notice and temporary information service and manage your account (performance of a contract);
- show nearby notices and location-based features (performance of a contract and/or consent, depending on the device permission);
- manage payments, credits, charges, checks, and refunds (performance of a contract and/or legal obligation);
- prevent fraud, abuse, and uses that breach the terms (legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligation);
- send operational communications and service push notifications (performance of a contract);
- improve the platform’s performance, stability, and security (legitimate interest);
- comply with legal obligations and respond to authority requests (legal obligation).
4. Recipients and providers
We may share data with technology providers acting as processors (infrastructure, support, communications, and payments), and with authorities where there is a legal obligation or valid request.
If a specific feature involves third parties, such as a payment provider, processing may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
5. International transfers
If any provider processes data outside the EEA or the United Kingdom, we will apply appropriate safeguards under applicable regulations, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, manage incidents, and comply with legal obligations. Certain technical and operational records may be kept for additional periods where necessary for security, fraud prevention, audit, or regulatory compliance.
7. User rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable by writing to support@paspark.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely infallible.
9. Minors
The service is not directed to persons under 18 years of age.
