How to request deletion of your PasPark account
If you want to delete your account and associated data, send an email to support@paspark.com from the same email address used in your PasPark account.
Steps to submit the request
- Email support@paspark.com.
- Use this subject line: "Delete PasPark account".
- In the message, include your account email and an explicit confirmation that you authorize account deletion.
- Our team will confirm when your request is received and when deletion is completed.
Data that is deleted
- Account profile and user-identification data stored by PasPark.
- User preferences linked to the account.
- Active session and access tokens.
Data that may be retained temporarily
- Transaction, invoicing, and payment records where legally required.
- Minimum security and anti-fraud logs.
- Information required to resolve disputes, claims, or comply with lawful authority requests.
Retained data is kept only for legally required periods and is later deleted or anonymized.
Partial data deletion (without deleting the account)
PasPark currently does not provide an in-app automatic tool for partial data deletion. If you need a specific deletion request (for example, deletion of specific data where legally applicable), email support@paspark.com and we will review your request.
